Welcome and thank you for visiting. My intention is provide you with information about my services, events and courses as well as providing links to other helpful, insightful and inspiring resources. I have been told at times [not by clients however] that I am too serious about the services I provide, and I welcome those comments as compliments and encouragement. I am honored to behold the gifts that I do, and consider my own self-care very personal, sacred and "serious". I believe my first responsibility is to myself, to nurture, love, heal and purifly myself emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually and to be a clear vessel for healing energy, guidance and light to flow. I don't believe in "dabbling" in people's energy, or in creating energy shifts that people are not ready to handle. The sacred art of healing is ancient, wise, wonderful, transformative and empowering and most of all, holistic and sacred. When people come to me for help and healing, it is a serious matter, usually for them and definitely for me. Serious in a good way - focused, intent and authentic as I wil greet you with genuine compassion and understanding, and I will treat you with a professional, ethical and honest manner.

I believe the source of all positive change, healing, transformation, and growth is found by going to the root of the symptom and seeking answers within ourselves for solutions, guidance & direction. I've always asked a lot of questions - about life, existence, theories, health, relationships, the unknown, who we are, why we are here, how we can improve our lives, brighten our world, etc... I'm a seeker of solutions, and study, travel and receive information to find the truth. Whether I'm working personally with patients, helping clients collectively or consulting with corporations, I am known for getting to the root of problems and concerns quickly and for helping people find solutions they are looking for. I am passionate about helping people to live peacefully with health, happiness & wholeness.
My sincere intention is to bring forth & share the gifts I behold to create the space for healing the whole individual - body, mind, spirit. In service as therapist, mentor, teacher and guide for those ready to heal, change & transform their lives, I provide services and solutions that create empowering & transformational changes for my clients.
My services blend natural healing gifts & talents, 20+ years of esoteric & alternative health study & practice, 15+ years experience in corporate management, metaphysical teaching experience and knowledge & wisdom gained through challenging, transforming and life-altering spiritual journeys of my own.
At times, the journey of self discovery contains passages where we can become lost, confused and off-balance, like a vessel adrift at sea, waiting for a storm to clear or a light to lead safely home. If you feel stuck, lost or need help clearing the path, I will do the best I can to help you find, release and heal the root of the problem so you can move quickly and gently through the storm to find your safe place to land.
